BCI Mission

BCI, a 501c3 modern social enterprise, combines it's social and business missions to achieve superior results. BCI's vision is achieved when both the social and business missions are met.

BCI Mission
This logo represents BCI's approach to managing our business. As a Social Enterprise, BCI strives to fulfill both our social and our business missions. When we fulfill both missions, we have achieved our vision - that "ALL people have the opportunity to achieve their potential and find purpose in meaningful employment."

One side of the concentric circles represents BCI's SOCIAL Mission: "To enrich the lives of adults with disabilities and their families, by providing a choice of productive and fulfilling employment". This is a fundamental principle of all that BCI does. BCI's BUSINESS MISSION is represented by the other side of the concentric circles: "To provide human resources and manage logistics to deliver superior value added processing for our customers through partnership based on trust, quality, reliability, and flexibility."

BCI's board of directors and management understand that to fulfill our social mission, we must operate in a financially responsible manner to guard against diminishing financial supports for disabled citizens. At the heart of this is ensuring that BCI continues to exceed our customers' expectations so that we continue to be awarded contracts that will fulfill our social mission. BCI provides more than just product. BCI provides a confidence that few others can match. We provide a quality product at the right time at a fair price.

BCI excels in providing human resources and managing logistics to offer exceptional service to our customers. Internally, BCI performs contract packaging services such as assemblies, shrink wrapping, shrink banding, display pallets, filling and sealing bags, and other blister packaging. Our expertise is to figure out how to efficiently produce products that are difficult to automate, or where automation does not justify for our customer. Our employees have a unique ability to excel with these types of jobs.

Externally, BCI provides groups of employees, along with a skilled supervisor, to perform various jobs in the community. These enclaves include, but are not limited to, janitorial and manufacturing services.
