Community Employment Opportunities (CEO)

Reliable and consistent contract labor is invaluable to successful and cost effective results. BCI assists our St. Charles County, Missouri business partners by offering off-site work crews through our Community Employment Opportunities (CEO) program.

A fully supervised CEO work crew will perform work at your facility per your instructions. We currently have work crews performing duties such as assembly line work and janitorial services.

The CEO work crews will result in more reliable and consistent labor force to perform your work than traditional non-supervised temporary placement options.
