INBOUND LOGISTSICS:
- Procure and/or release materials and components
BCI has the experience to procure materials and components based on lead times and minimum order quantities. We make sure the materials and components are here on time to meet your project timeline.
- Receive components directly from your suppliers to BCI's facility.
Eliminate non-value added work at your facility. BCI will receive components directly from your suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and management of your components
BCI keeps a detailed inventory record of deliveries, usages, and waste to ensure your inventory is always accurate and up-to-date. We can provide you with your inventory information at any time!
OUTBOUND LOGISTICS
- Arrange transportation to meet your business needs.
BCI will arrange the most cost effective transportation based on product types, destination, quantity, and delivery dates.
- Ship direct to your customers.
Eliminate double-handling at your distribution center. BCI is experienced at shipping direct into retail and club stores including Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, etc.
- Determine load pattern.
Our experience staff can determine the best loading method to maximize weight and prevent in-transit damage.
- Print and Apply pallet tracking labels.
Many customers utilize pallet labels to track shipments. We have the ability to apply these labels and enter into customer specified logistics software.
- Offer order fulfillment services.
BCI has the ability to inventory components and ship customer orders as needed.
- Provide solutions to unique issues.
